Hi there,

I have been tattooing for about five years now. At the beginning of February 2009 I opened my own tattoo studio here in Germany. I did my tattoo apprenticeship and studied art in England, at White Flame Studios and the Bournemouth Arts Institute. (Just so you know, I am South-African)

PLEASE NOTE: Every one of my pieces is custom.....i.e. a ONE OFF. Please, if you want to use my stuff as REFERENCE for a new piece, go ahead, and please let me know first....But I ask that you please respect my customers by allowing them to keep their tattoos as unique pieces...Directly copying something is not necessary.

My main purpose for joining Deviantart is to get in touch with other professionals. Now that I am running my own shop, I find myself working on my own when up until now I always had other artists on hand to discuss ideas and techniques with....So, if you are a tattoo artist, I'd like to hear from you!

Not sure how much new work you will see on here anytime soon, am absolutely swimming in coverup work at the moment....lol

Your work is amazing. The "Phoenix in grey" is very similar to a tattoo that I would like to get myself one day but have yet to find a good enough artist here in Australia to draft one with me. Keep up the good work.

Thanks!! Well, if you ever feel the urge to holiday in Germany, I'll happily do one for you! The phoenix was freehanded...Drawn straight onto the skin in pen, without any prior planning :D I'm sure you'll find an artist in Aus capable of doing one for you :)

Oh my god, you amaze me! I wish I had that tallent. It's a very inspiring piece of work. Well done again.

And I am looking at doing a Contiki tour around Europe within the next few years, maybe I will stop past. =)

Hahaha it's this tourism thing we have here in Australia that takes you places around the world for a pretty cheap price.

I'll be looking forward to coming to Germany now =)
